Komakase Coffee is a reservation-based slow bar experience rooted in craft, intention, and the ritual of a well-made cup. Founded by Josh D'esposito and Kieran Eng, Komakase focuses on restructuring the conventional perception of coffee through the lens of seasonality, precision, and exploration of flavor expression.

At Folklore, Komakase’ program integrates directly with Seth Stowaway's kitchen. On Wednesdays through Saturdays, the two teams come together to build an a la carte menu for guests to enjoy. On Saturdays the salon will focus on providing a reservation based tasting experience that moves through food and coffee in conversation — each course informed by both sides of the pass.

Tickets are $80 per person + 15% service charge, prepaid through Resy. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
